We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join the team at The Cove in Patterson Lakes.This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality leader who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in fast-paced venues, and is passionate about delivering great customer experiences while supporting and developing a high-performing team.Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, supporting team leadership, compliance, gaming operations, customer service and overall venue performance.About the VenueThe Cove Hotel is a premier dining and entertainment venue offering one of the most spectacular water views right on the marina in Patterson Lakes.The bistro offers contemporary casual dining in a relaxed setting; catering to both the traditional indoor style seating, by the fireplace and an enclosed deck area capturing the view of the marina.Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is the hospitality arm of the Melbourne Racing Club, managing a growing network of 16 pubs, clubs and hospitality venues across Victoria.
